History: Normand began as a hairstylist in Wrentham Massachusetts where he worked for 6 year's before moving to New Orleans, LA, where he worked for 6 year's until Hurricane Katrina blew him back up north. He currently works here, at Hairspray Salon in Providence, RI.
Services: Men's and Women's haircuts, Color and Hi-lites, Updo's, perms... although he'd rather dye than perm!
